My approach to therapy is both insight and action oriented, with a focus on understanding the unique beliefs, choices and behaviors of each client from a holistic perspective.
One of my goals is to work collaboratively with clients to help them gain a deeper awareness of themselves and the reasons they are experiencing current circumstances. I invite clients to utilize this enhanced awareness to uncover the meaning in their struggles, as well as to find the courage to make healthier choices, and to experience a more satisfying lifestyle.
I believe that everyone is doing the best they can in life given their knowledge and experience to date.
